1) it doesn't have chemical smell,
2) it doesn't drip every time i pull out the sheet,
(i understand some people prefer dripping wet sheets, but i don't.)
3) it is gentle on the hard wood floor and safe for my dog.
this product is perfect for touch-up cleaning.
