We hate stepping on them, washing them, hair getting caught in them, and having guests see them when they're between washings (the rugs, not the guests). So we tried to find another solution to prevent us from leaving wet footprints all over the bathroom. We did a lot of research and finally decided to get a teak mat since teak has natural anti-fungal/anti-bacterial properties.
I bought this one in particular because we have a small corner shower with not much floorspace. We set it right outside the stall door and not only does it look nice and clean, it's a vast improvement over any rug. We've been using it for a few months now and it still looks like new. No sign of mold. Water evaporates from it without leaving any stains. No problems with slipping. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it to guests who see ours and consider buying one for themselves. Thanks, Amazon for another A+ purchase.
