(More customer reviews)I will confess to being a somewhat lazy house cleaner at times, and I have tracked in quite a bit of winter mud over the last three months. The linoleum by the front door was unsightly, but I no longer trusted the POS Clorox ReadyMop to deal with the mess, so I looked for other options. I was thinking about a steam mop, until I realized the reviews for those aren't stellar. However, the one thing I can always trust to remove dirt, grease, and goo is Simple Green. So, I picked up some of the Naturals Floor Cleaner and a microfiber sponge mop. All you do it spray a thin layer on your floor then mop/wipe it up. (It does suggest using a damp mop/cloth to get the best results.) I did it with just a dry mop first, and the results were amazing. None of the cleaners I've tried ever dissolve dirt as well as Simple Green products, and I like that the products are environmentally friendly and non-toxic. I did get a bucket of hot water to rinse out the mop and went back over the floor once more to be safe. I let it dry and there wasn't any sticky residue left like you get with some cleaners. I was still kind of skeptical that it removed all three months worth of ground in dirt, so I wet a white paper towel and wiped it across the floor. There wasn't a trace of dirt on the towel; the floor is spotless. Last thing, the smell is kind of woodsy, but not at all offensive and dissipates rapidly. I highly recommend Simple Green's products for any heavy duty cleaning projects.
