(More customer reviews)I have both the Clorox Ready Mop and the Swiffer Wet Jet floor cleaning systems. In all but one respect, the Swiffer system is superior. Swiffer's "appliance" is sturdier, doesn't leak fluid (Clorox does), and the cleaner and pads do a better job with scuff marks and ground-in dirt. Where Clorox trumps Swiffer is scent. The Swiffer cleaning liquid smells like cheap perfume and the scent lingers for a couple of days. Ugh! The Clorox liquid has a light scent that dissipates within a few hours. Because the smell is so obnoxious, I only use the Swiffer product on my basement floor, and use the Clorox product in the kitchen and bath. If Swiffer would improve the smell of the cleaning liquid, I'd use it everywhere.
